You may make a payment toward any Travel4Real or Italy4Real trip. Please include your invoice number if you have one and the agent you are working with.

How Deposits / Payments Work:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • A $450 per person deposit is required for all individual trips once your itinerary and dates are confirmed and you request us to book services.
  • For groups and trips over $10,000, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm all services.
  • All bookings must be paid in full 90 days prior to departure.
  • Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive your deposit. Final payment must be received before departure in order for you to receive your final confirmation kit.

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (via PayPal).
  • Other Payment Options:
    • Bank-to-bank transfers (no processing fee)
    • Personal checks
    • Money orders
