Day 01: Friday – Arrival in Rome (Private Arrival Airport Transfer)

This Tour starts in Rome & ends in Naples

You will start your journey in the capital of Italy; Roma. This tour now includes a complementary arrival private airport transfer. Once you gather your bags your personal driver will be waiting to take you into the city and to your hotel in the heart of Rome. check in and relax. Welcome to Italy!

Day 02: Saturday – Rome Highlights (Breakfast, Vatican Skip the Line with Private Van, Guided Walking Tour, Dinner)

Rome – Vatican Museums – Vatican – Classical Rome Walking Tour

Enjoy your lovely breakfast at the hotel and then you will go on a visit to the Vatican by private van and skip the line entrance tickets. You will enjoy easy access with your guide to admire some of the worlds great masterpieces such as The Galleries of the Candelabra, Raphael Rooms and of course St. Peters Basilica and the unforgettable Sistine Chapel just to name a few. You will exit into the grand St. Peters Square and admire the amazing architecture before being taken by private van back to the hotel for a well-needed rest. In the late afternoon, your guide will meet you at the hotel for a lovely and leisurely walk through some of Rome’s most classical sites such as Piazza Navona, The Italian Parliament and the Spanish Steps. After the walking tour, you will return to the hotel to relax. You are free for the evening.

Day 03: Sunday – Free day in Rome (Breakfast)

Today is a day to relax and sleep in or just explore the nooks and crannies of Rome’s historic streets and neighborhoods. We will give you lots of suggestions for your free time in Rome; such as a visit to the Colosseum and Roman Forum with tickets, a Vespa tour of Rome or a lovely cooking class with a fresh market tour; the options are endless, and your agent will be happy to assist you with ideas for today.

Day 04: Monday – Rome – Sorrento (Breakfast, Private Station Transfer, High-Speed Rail Tickets

After breakfast at the hotel, you will check out and meet your private driver for a short transfer to the Rome train station where you will take a high-speed train from Rome to Naples. Upon arrival your private transfer along the Neapolitan Riviera to your base location; The Sorrento Coast.  Upon arrival in Sorrento, you will have time to freshen up after checking in and then you have the evening free.

Day 05: Tuesday – The Famous Amalfi Drive (Breakfast, Guided Driving Tour)

Sip your cappuccino; enjoy a pastry or two and then meet your driver and guide for a lovely day tour of the famous Amalfi Drive. Your driver will take you along the stretch of coastline which is now a UNESCO world heritage site because of its breathtaking views and scenery. You will visit the towns of Amalfi with its fishing boats and amazing church and Ravello which is one of the most beautiful cities in Italy, perched high above on the cliffs of the Amalfi Coast. You will have plenty of free time for shopping, lunch on your own and taking some amazing photographs of the surroundings. You will return to Sorrento in the late afternoon and will have the rest of the day and evening free to explore and enjoy the lovely town.

Day 06: Wednesday – Pompeii (Breakfast)

Pompeii is an amazing and historical place that every traveler to Southern Italy should enjoy. After a lovely breakfast, you will board your private transportation to visit the historic ruins. One of the most visited sites in the world, your guide will take you on a walking tour through the history of Pompeii with visits to the public baths with its amazing columns and the oldest known amphitheater ever built. It will be an experience you will remember for a lifetime. Once you return to Sorrento, you will have the evening free.

Day 07: Thursday – Free Day (Breakfast)

Today is another free day because there is so much to enjoy in this part of the Amalfi Coast. We will give you lots of ideas for things to see and do.

Day 08: Friday – Depart (Breakfast)

Departing is such sweet sorrow, but we must say good bye to the Amalfi Coast today. After breakfast the tour ends. Your tour includes transfer to the Naples airport or rail station. We can help you purchase Rail tickets or extend your trip to another part of Italy. Because the tour ends in Sorrento; we can book for you the transportation back to Rome if needed or to another location; we are here to make your vacation as smooth as possible.
