You may pick up the tour bus at one of several designated stops throughout Rome, and there are several busses going on several different routes at any one time, so you have a wide variety of directions to travel. The main route will have stops at places like The Vatican, Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona, just to name a few. What at time saver!
